We provide expert witness testimony in cases involving accounting malpractice, lawyer malpractice, business valuations, economic losses, including lost profits. We have been employed, since 1957, by lawyers representing defendants and plaintiffs. Our work includes analysis of economic reports for defense cases, as well as calculation of damages for plaintiff cases.
BACKGROUND:
David Ostrove, Attorney-CPA, Professor of Law and Accounting, Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, for 35 years has participated as an expert witness in numerous cases in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Ostrove is a certified specialist in Taxation Law, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California, since 1975. He is also a California Certified Public Accountant, since 1957, a California Lawyer since 1960. Mr. Ostrove is a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners. He is an author and lecturer for the California CPA Foundation, California Continuing Education Of The Bar (CEB), and Arizona CPA Society. He is past-president of The American Association of Attorneys-Certified Public Accountants, Inc.
