CCL's staff includes engineers, project managers, construction schedulers, accountants, estimators, attorneys, and other experienced construction professionals.
We have design, construction, scheduling, project management, and claims evaluation experience on projects throughout the United States. We have international experience on projects in Japan, Egypt, United Kingdom, France, Spain, West Germany, Italy, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Africa, Greenland, Korea, Malaysia, the Caribbean, and other countries.
CCL’s staff has authored books on construction management, claims, and scheduling topics that are widely used by contractors, owners, designers, and attorneys. CCL also publishes a monthly review of Construction and Design Literature titled CCL Summaries which summarizes key case citations, newspaper and magazine articles from the U.S. and around the world that discuss new trends in construction, materials, technology, law, insurance, and accounting.
