Gary A. Rini began his career in 1975. During the course of his career, Mr. Rini served in small, mid-sized and large police agencies. His assignments have included: Patrol Officer; Police Agent; Crime Scene Investigator; Crime Laboratory Detective; Patrol Sergeant; Forensic Services Manager and Commander of Criminal Investigations.
He has designed and taught college-level Forensic Science courses, as well as Forensic Investigation courses for Law Enforcement Officers and other Forensic Science professionals.
Mr. Rini served on the National Institute of Justice‘s committee that established and published the National Guidelines for Crime Scene Investigation. He is a Visiting Professor of Forensic Science for the Francisco Marroquin School of Law (Guatemala).
Gary A. Rini received his graduate Forensic Science degree from The George Washington Unviversity (Washington, D.C.) and has received additional Forensic Science training from the Federal Bureau of Investigation; United States Secret Service; Armed Forces Institute of Pathology; Smithsonian Institute; Case-Western Reserve University Law-Medicine Center; St. Louis University Medical School; University of New Mexico Medical School and Northwestern University, and from a number of other nationally-recognized training programs.
Mr. Rini is a court-qualified expert witness and has testified in Federal, District and Municipal Courts, as well as Grand Juries and Coroner‘s Inquests.
In recognition of his professional accomplishments in the field of Forensic Science, he has been awarded the designation of Diplomate by the American College of Forensic Examiners, International.
