Evaluate general ability of customer to service all existing debt. Perform appraisals of farm equipment, real estate and crops. Perform direct inspection of crops for potential production estimates. Advise customers, where possible, concerning farm management and financial matters. Prepared an average of 100-250 complete loan packages for loan presentation to Loan committee each year between 1986-2000. Collected delinquent loans, filed and worked FSA Guaranteed loss claims. Developed new FSA Guaranteed Loan Program for the bank that grew to over 900 loans in excess of $150,000,000 since 1986. II. Commercial Loans -Interview loan applicants, collecting and analyzing financial information to determine general credit worthiness, negotiate term and rate if necessary, and prepare all information to present to loan committee for approval. III. Consumer Loans -Interview loan applicants, gathering the required information for credit application, explaining loan options, rate, terms, and collateral requirements. Make the decision to grant or decline credit requests up to approval authority of $100,000.00 for unsecured loans and $150,000.00 for secured loans, Cross sell services and monitor loans and DDA for potential problems.
