Mr. Feldman is an Expert Witness Legal Malpractice, professional liability, professional responsibility for any underlying case, state or federal court in any jurisdiction for either party. He has been testifying and consulting as an expert in legal malpractice 23 years, Mr. Feldman has never failed to qualify or been disqualified in any court. His testimony on standard of care, standard of conduct, breach of fiduciary duties, causation, statute of limitations, attorney fee disputes et al as well as his many lectures and articles are nationally recognized. Mr. Feldman is board certified in Professional Negligence-Legal (legal malpractice) and medical (medical malpractice) by the American Bar Association, the state of California and the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys whom he serves as a board governor and chair of the sub-committee for legal malpractice which assists in certifying attorney specialists throughout the U.S. He sat as a Judge Pro Tem and arbitrator for fee disputes for over a quarter of a century. He was a state bar prosecutor who now defends CA lawyers before the State Bar and consults with lawyers for their defense in other jurisdictions. Mallen & Smith have been kind enough to cite some of his article in their recognized work on Legal Malpractice. Mr. Feldman is co-founder of the Lawyer's Professional Liability Bar Association, former chair of his local bar's Professional Responsibility & Ethics Committee, presently serving as member of the second largest national bar's Professional Responsibility & Ethics Committee. His B.S. is in accounting, he holds an M.B.A. from U.S.C. along with a J.D. from that school where he was V.P. of the senior night class. He is Alpha Kappa Psi, Phi Alpha Delta, Sigma Chi Alpha (which for a night student kept him quite busy in addition to his day jobs as an accountant, managing contract writing and assistant manager of procurement for McDonnell Douglas, Budgets & Procedures for RCA and as Administrator of Prevention & Control of Crime & Delinquency in CA (a fed-state project) as well as Application of Aerospace Techniques to the Solution of Social Problems. For 37 years, Mr. Feldman has been litigating, consulting and testifying in legal malpractice. As managing partner of a boutique plaintiff's firm and small insurance defense firm he was able to learn all aspects of transactional and trial practice including pro hac vice in other jurisdictions. He was a contributor to Ethics 2000 for ABA.
